Scott has 30 years of industry experience. He got his start in his father’s family-owned life insurance brokerage agency following university and from there built a successful marketing career in successive brokerage operations.  Working with both clients and advisors, Scott has developed a unique skill set that allows him breakdown complicated situations and offer simple, straight forward advice aligned with effective solutions.  Well versed in the legal, accounting, actuarial and underwriting aspects of the life insurance industry, many of Scott’s clients have commented that the process and recommendations have given them peace of mind.

Scott graduated from the University of Alberta in Edmonton with a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Comm) degree in 1992. He received his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1998 and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2001. He is a member of Advocis and the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting (CALU).
