Charles is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and Chartered Life Underwriter, with advanced tax training through CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program. In 2018, he earned the Leslie W. Dunstall Award for achieving the highest CLU final exam score in Alberta.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Charles is deeply involved in the community. He sits on the Board of Trustees for the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Finance and Capital Planning Committee at the Royal Mayfair Golf Club. He also co-chairs the Edmonton Opera Gala and is an active member of The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).
