For over twenty years, Rich has pioneered an industry standard by providing exemplary advice and expertise in both the Life/Health Insurance and Group Benefits Marketplace. Rich began his career in Toronto, Ontario with PPI Financial Group a national insurance brokerage company. In 1998 he moved to Edmonton and considers Edmonton home.

Rich completed a 3 year Business Marketing diploma at George Brown College, Toronto, Ontario. He previously served on the Edmonton Board of ADVOCIS, the association representing insurance and financial advisors. In 2006 was accepted as a member of CALU, the conference for advanced life underwriters in Canada.

Rich sits on the board of the Alberta Business Family Institute and is the current chair of the Signature Event. A ten year member of the Edmonton Synergy Network having chaired the speakers committee for 2 years. He is past chair of the Junior Achievement fund development committee, was a member of the Junior Achievement executive for 5 years and a board member for ten years.
